GENERAL TERMS ABOUT PLANS
(PLAN DELIVERY / WITHDRAWAL / REFUND)
1. There is no period in the Free Plan and it is renewed every year.
2. Validity period in paid plans is 1 year.
3. IMPORTEXPORT TEAM Determines the time of the advertisement in paid plans.
4. If you do not pay again at the end of the term, you will be placed in the Standard Plan.
5. In case of import or export that you will make through our Brokerage in All Plans, you also make the commission payments specified in the Way of Working.
6. You provide the promotional materials at the Fairs and events in the Gold Plan. Together, we decide what these will happen.
7. Activities in the Gold Plan The 20 countries that we will decide on with your product portfolio are limited to 1 time per year.
8. If the export in the Gold Plan is presented to you, it is at your disposal.
9. The duration of paid plans begins on the date of payment.
10. In paid plans, you can use your right of withdrawal and refund within 30 days. Your money will be refunded without any deduction. The commissions to be received by your country-based bank during the transfer of your money do not bind us.
